How far in advance should we plan a roof replacement?
Ideally, 1 to 3 years out. Showalter’s yearly inspection reports give facility teams the documentation they need to scope projects and build them into capital budgets before a roof reaches the end of its life. Earlier planning means more options, better pricing, and fewer emergencies. (Note that if a faster turn around is needed, 1-3 years is not a backlog time for our company.)
