It’s a rarity to find an employee that stays with a roofing company. Not only did Willie stay with Showalter Roofing, the two grew up together. Willie Trejo joined Showalter Roofing when the company was only a year old. “We’ve experienced it all: growing pains, new technologies and of course a few pounds and gray hairs,” says Dale Showalter, president of Showalter Roofing a commercial and residential roofing contractor located in Naperville, Illinois.
“His work ethic and loyalty is un-measurable. He has spent countless hours on the rooftops working hard to create the perfect installation. He knows what needs to be done and can point out those imperfections with a simple glance.
