Showalter Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative, who would be responsible for achieving set sales quotas in the Commercial roofing markets.
Key skills required : Client and target account selection; cold call prospecting, consultative selling skills; sales presentation skills; and sales closing skills. Additionally, sales representatives work closely with the implementation team to assure complete customer satisfaction.
Some key measurements for this position are the ability to attain profit margin and meet sales objectives, achievement of weekly calls and appointments goals, weekly sales meetings, pipeline development and close attention to detail in maintaining customer lead information in the company database.
A Showalter Sales Representative is expected to establish a sales plan, determine tasks and resources needed to succeed, prioritize activities to achieve measures and expectations and implement the company’s “Metrics for Success”.
