The blue sky showing through was quite deceiving. The Wheaton Chamber sponsored, ‘Stuff a Truck’ with food for local families in need was challenged by rain and a chilly day. None the less, when people from the road saw the climbing wall, a few zippers went up and umbrellas came out. The sponsor, Showalter Roofing Services of Naperville, attracted the attention of families and plenty of kids ready and willing to climb the wall.
The climbing wall soared 32 feet high, and you knew when you were half way done with the banners on each side pointing the way. “The team at Showalter Roofing was proud to sponsor the climbing wall to help bring attention to a great cause,” said Dale Showalter of Showalter Roofing Services. “With many families in crisis, it’s important to show that we’re all in this together.”
